Amazon Essentials Men’s Lightweight Waffle Bath Robe

A mid-length waffle-knit robe with a shawl collar, a belt with an inside waist tie and two front patch pockets. Waffle weave is the fabric most sauna and Therme guides point you to: it is thin, it dries faster than thick towelling and it packs flatter in a suitcase. This is Amazon’s own-brand version, and it is currently the best-selling men’s bathrobe on Amazon, which makes it a sensible low-cost baseline before you pay more for a hotel-grade robe.

• Built for wet-to-dry use: the listing describes a breathable, highly absorbent cotton-blend waffle knit, and in Amazon’s review summary buyers call it soft and good to wrap in after a shower.
• Practical details for a spa day: an adjustable belt plus an inside tie keep it closed when you walk between cabins, and the front pockets hold a locker key or wristband.
• Easy care: the listing says machine wash, so it can go in with your towels after a sauna weekend.
• Sizing is the weak spot. Size is the only theme in Amazon’s review summary with more negative than positive mentions, and the complaint is consistent: it runs large, especially the combined Medium-Large size. Also note that despite the “cotton” in the name, the fabric is a 60% cotton / 40% polyester blend, and as a thin waffle robe it is less warm than towelling on a cold outdoor terrace.

Live Amazon listing, checked 9 October 2026: rated 4.5 stars by more than 11,000 buyers, #1 Best Seller in Men’s Bathrobes, in stock, sold and shipped by Amazon. Colours are separate listings and sizes come in combined bands (for example Medium-Large), so check the size chart and the current price for your colour before you buy. If you are between sizes, the reviews suggest going down rather than up.
