Who is behind it
HealthMotiveHub is an independent, one-person project based in the Netherlands. There is no editorial team, no paid placements and no sponsored reviews.
I prefer trips to the sun, but some of the best recovery culture in the world is in the cold: Finnish saunas, Icelandic lagoons, German Thermen and Japanese onsen. The site covers both.
How a page gets made
- Find the source. The venue’s house rules, the park authority, or a public-health body. Not other blogs.
- Quote and date it. The exact wording, a link, and the date it was read. Rules and prices change.
- Separate rule from custom. What gets you asked to leave is kept apart from what people simply tend to do.
- Link only what fits. A booking or product link appears only where it matches the page exactly.
No page claims a visit that did not happen, and product reviews say plainly when something was not personally tested.
How the site earns money
