LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes (Raspberry Salt, 30 Sticks)
A salty, sugar-free electrolyte drink mix sold as single-serve stick packs. You tear one open into a bottle of water and drink it around a workout, a long day outdoors, a sauna session or a fasting window. The brand is open about the idea: more sodium than a typical sports drink and no sugar. That makes it a different product from sweetened hydration mixes, and it is priced like a premium one.
- Zero sugar: the listing positions it for training, low-carb or keto eating and fasting, where a sugary sports drink does not fit.
- Flexible to use: the listing says to mix one stick with 16 to 32 ounces of water, sparkling water, tea or a smoothie, so you can make it stronger or milder.
- Easy to carry: individual stick packs fit in a gym bag, a travel pouch or a sauna bag, and the listing offers several flavors plus an unflavored version if you do not want sweetness at all.
- Price is the most common complaint. In Amazon’s review summary, value for money is the theme with by far the most negative mentions, with buyers calling it very expensive for what it is. Taste also divides people: it is salt-forward by design, and a share of the taste mentions are negative.
